  • Print/Save a copy of the job posting before the posting goes down, that way you can reference it later

  • Use your resume as a marketing tool and not a historical document

  • Bullet Points- only 4-5 per job, keeping your skills to a high level (and tailoring to the role you are applying for)

  • Summary or Qualifications- Provide a summary of how your skills match the role or why you are good fit at the top of your resume.

  • Why this role? - When filling out the application, don’t leave the “why this position” questions blank. We do look at your responses and want to know why you feel this role would be a good fit!

  • Values and Mission - Culture fit with an organization is very important! Look at our values and mission to help you understand who we are and what’s important to us. Take some time to think about how these align with what is important to you, and if you could thrive in our culture!

  • Think through your strengths and weaknesses prior to an interview. Be prepared to be vulnerable on areas you need to grow. Document your successes and wins in previous roles so that you can reference them throughout our discussion.

  • Friendly Feedback- Practice with friends, google some commonly asked interview questions and test your responses with people who you trust and will give you feedback.

  • STAR Responses- When answering questions, explain the Situation and Task, your Action or response and the final Result. Try to keep your responses specific, succinct and on topic.

Normally you’ll go through 2-3 interviews depending on the role and level of position.

  • 1st step -Interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition or HR team (usually over the phone or Microsoft Teams)

  • 2nd step is traditionally a 30 - 60 minutes long interview with the hiring manager over Microsoft Teams or in person.

  • Never Used Teams before? Download the application and follow the steps below:

  • To make a test call, please open Teams.

  • In the right upper side, next to your profile, select the more options button that has 3 dots (…), then select “Settings.” From the left side select “Devices.” Finally click on the “Make a test call” button. When you finish your test, just hang up the call.

  • 3rd step can be a team panel or technical interview depending on the role.

Note:Certain roles may have additional steps, your recruiter will review the process during your first interview
