Hiring & Onboarding

From the very start, our talent acquisition team members work hard to make sure that every candidate has a smooth and clearly defined interview process. Then we also extend this commitment as individuals experience their first day, their first week, and their first month at Intrado.

At Intrado, our nearly 1000 employees based in the US, Canada and Europe are at the heart of what we do every day. We know that growth and development opportunities are important, and offer multiple ways for team members to grow their careers. In fact, nearly 1/3 of our positions are filled with internal candidates each year! With our recent rollout of our Career Compass, we are working to build resources that will help our employees grow in their areas of interest to prepare them for future stages of their career with Intrado.

At Intrado, we believe that ongoing feedback is one of the best ways we can all learn and grow together. Our goal setting processes help ensure clarity of priorities and support meaningful and ongoing conversations to support delivery and development goals.
We also offer tuition reimbursement for certifications and courses that support your professional development and empower your career goals at Intrado.
We offer employees technology-enabled and in person learning opportunities. This includes our robust training library with extensive learning assets designed to help you build skills in your areas of interest. We also regularly promote a robust collection of self-paced content and live webinars promoting cultural connection, cross collaboration opportunities and skill-building.

Having Fun

We provide virtual interest groups, trivia games, town halls, networking events, picnics and social activities (cornhole tournament anyone?). Our Longmont and Montreal team members can play foosball, ping pong or pool in our social areas. There are numerous ways we’re working to fostering connection and community for our team members.

Giving Back

Intrado is dedicated to giving back to our team members and the communities in which we work. Our Caring About People, or CAP program, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization fully funded by employee donations. CAP provides financial assistance for Intrado employees who are facing crisis situations. Whether it’s finding shelter when disaster strikes, helping cover medical expenses or getting back on their feet after one of life’s unexpected pitfalls. Over the last four years, Intrado employees donated approximately $125,000 to CAP to help our own in need of assistance.
