Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Pride At Intrado seeks to actively celebrate diversity and foster a community of support in order to encourage 2SLGBTQIA+ employees to bring our unique viewpoints and most authentic selves into our work. We strive to create a more inclusive workplace through education, communication, and mentorship while standing in solidarity with Intrado’s other ERGs in acknowledgement of the intersectional nature of diversity and identity. PIA meets monthly and has an optional book club!
Women of Intrado Network (WIN) strives to attract, retain, develop and promote women within Intrado via engagement, relationships and professional growth. With over 100 members, WIN is an active community who meet once a month to connect personally and grow professionally. Recent meeting/discussion topics include accountability, being well in change, career paths & resources, and power point tips and tricks.
