Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is what ultimately makes us stronger.
We embrace a philosophy that supports both diverse people and ideas, and we are dedicated to giving back to our communities. We encourage our team members to connect with others in ways that reflect their personal and professional goals.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Pride At Intrado seeks to actively celebrate diversity and foster a community of support in order to encourage 2SLGBTQIA+ employees to bring our unique viewpoints and most authentic selves into our work. We strive to create a more inclusive workplace through education, communication, and mentorship while standing in solidarity with Intrado’s other ERGs in acknowledgement of the intersectional nature of diversity and identity. PAI meets monthly and has an optional book club!
Women of Intrado Network (WIN) strives to attract, retain, develop and promote women within Intrado via engagement, relationships and professional growth. With over 100 members, WIN is an active community who meet once a month to connect personally and grow professionally. Recent meeting/discussion topics include accountability, being well in change, career paths & resources, and power point tips and tricks.
Employee Testimonials
“WIN: I am thrilled to join a team of incredible women at work, who are not only supportive of each other but also genuinely willing to discuss the obstacles they have faced in their careers. This collective spirit of openness and mutual support is what I'm looking forward to.”
- Shanon, Technical Project Management
“I joined WIN a few months ago after being a mentor for a 6 month period. It's been a great experience so far, networking with and meeting others in the company. The topics discussed and trainings provided have been really beneficial as well. It's great to have this group of people as a resource with varied experiences.”
- Olivia, Training and QA
“ERGs are a wonderful way to find support, career development, networking, and to just simply have fun at work!”
- Alexis, Supervisor Intrado
“I am hoping that leading PAI (Pride at Intrado) will help me be more bold and brave in my role at Intrado, and that I will get to know everyone who participates and expand my network of connections within the company. It is easy to just exist in our own little bubbles at work, so I am hoping to expand my own viewpoint and feel more grounded in the company and its people. I would also like to assist in educational endeavors by allies and would like to participate in meaningful conversations with other queer people.”
-Story, Project Manager
