We have been notified of a phishing scam actively ongoing that is using Intrado open jobs to engage potential candidates in a fake interview process, resulting in an offer sent via email that includes a request for direct deposit/bank information. Please note:

• Any request for interview will come only after candidates have applied for a position on our website and will originate from an employee with an @Intrado.com email address.
• We do not perform interviews over text messages. All interviews will be requested by a member of our HR or Talent Acquisition team and will be conducted over the phone, via Microsoft Teams or at one of our physical locations in Longmont, CO or Saint Laurent, Quebec, CA.
• Offers are extended through our Applicant Tracking System after a minimum of two interviews, and personal information like bank account details will never be requested via email.
